Sweet potato pancakes with cream
Ingredients (4 servings):
• 1 kg of potatoes
• 1 onion (optional)
• 2 eggs
• 3-4 tablespoons of wheat flour
• a pinch of salt
• oil for frying
• 200 g of 18% cream or thick yogurt
• 3-4 tablespoons of sugar (to sprinkle)
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and grate on a grater.
Grate the onion on a grater.
Add eggs, flour and salt, mix.
Heat the oil in the pan.
Apply portions of the mass and fry the pancakes on both sides to golden
color.
Take out the pies and put them on a plate.
Apply cream on the cakes.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
