Direct light towards the moon?

Could an inner sun really illuminate the Moon centrally? Let's consider a number of factors:

1) The Moon's orbit is approximately 26 degrees north and south of the equator

2) The Earth is tilted 23.5 degrees

3) The alleged hole at the poles is large enough

4) Refraction of sunlight over the Arctic, best conditions are when the Moon is 27 degrees north of the equator during the northern winter (Arctic facing the full Moon)

Light might never have fallen on the surface of the Moon if it were not for the fact that it can emerge from the polar regions under assumptions such as those given above.
