Casseroles with mushrooms and cheese

 



Ingredients (4 servings):

• 2 baguettes

• 400 g mushrooms

• 1 onion

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 2 tablespoons of butter or oil

• 200 g of yellow cheese (grained)

• salt, pepper

1 teaspoon of oregano (optional)

• ketchup to serve

• parsley to sprinkle


Preparation:

Cross the baguette lengthwise into halves.

Cut mushrooms and onions into small cubes, garlic

chop.

Heat the butter or oil in a pan and fry the onion.

Add mushrooms and fry to evaporate the liquid.

Add garlic, season with salt, pepper and oregano,

mix.

Apply mushrooms on the baguettes and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven to melt the cheese.

Sprinkle with ketchup and sprinkle with parsley
