Ingredients
🍗 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
🥔 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
🫑 1 red bell pepper, sliced
🫑 ½ green bell pepper, sliced
🧅 1 small onion, sliced
🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🥛 ½ cup milk
🧴 1 tbsp olive oil
🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped
🧂 Salt and black pepper
🌶 ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
Boil potatoes in salted water for 12–15 minutes until
soft. Drain, mash with butter and milk, then season with
salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add
chicken strips and cook for 5–6 minutes until browned.
Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté for 3–4
minutes until softened.
Season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook briefly to
blend flavors.
Serve the chicken and pepper mixture alongside creamy
mashed potatoes and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
