Cheese Appetizer on Chips



Ingredients
100 g Cheese
300 g Tomato
Herbs to taste
3 cloves Garlic
Mayonnaise
Chips
Olives

Finely chop the tomatoes. If the tomatoes are very juicy, drain the juice. Finely chop the herbs. Grate the cheese. Mix the cheese, tomatoes, and herbs. Add the garlic pressed through a garlic press. Add the mayonnaise and mix.

Spread the mixture on the chips. Garnish with olives.

Since the chips may become soggy, I recommend adding the filling just before serving, or placing the filling in a salad bowl with the chips nearby. Guests can add their own filling if desired.
