Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Crumb Cake Recipe 🍓
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line
an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking
powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugar
until light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time, then stir in
the vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture,
stirring until just combined. Press half of this batter into
the bottom of the prepared pan to form the base.
5. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until
smooth. Spread it evenly over the base layer.
6. Gently fold the raspberries and chocolate chips into
the remaining batter, then crumble it over the cream
cheese layer.
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted
comes out clean. Let it cool completely before removing
from the pan.
