Hot Honey Tomato Burrata Dip

 



Ingredients:


Tomato Base:

1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

(225 g)

1 tablespoon olive oil

(15 ml)

1/2 teaspoon salt

(3 g)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

(1 g)


Burrata Layer:

8 oz burrata cheese

(225 g)


Hot Honey Drizzle:

3 tablespoons honey

(45 ml)

1 teaspoon chili flakes

(1 g)


Optional Garnish:

Fresh basil or parsley


Directions:


Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C. Toss tomatoes with olive

oil, salt, and pepper. Roast 12–15 minutes until blistered.


Place burrata in a small baking dish, spoon roasted

tomatoes over top.


Warm honey with chili flakes and drizzle over burrata.

Garnish and serve immediately with crusty bread or

crackers.
