Easy Southern Pineapple Orange Swirl Cheesecake 🍊🍰
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch
springform pan and press the graham cracker crumbs
mixed with melted butter evenly into the bottom to form
the crust.
2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until
smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each
addition. Stir in vanilla extract, flour, and orange zest.
3. Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the prepared
pan. Dollop half of the crushed pineapple and orange
marmalade on top, then swirl gently with a knife. Add the
remaining batter and repeat the swirling with the rest of
the pineapple and marmalade.
4. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set but still
slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake
cool inside for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
before serving.

- Enhance the crust by adding 1/4 cup of chopped
pecans for a nutty Southern touch.

toasted coconut for added texture and presentation
