Creamy Banana Pudding Cheesecake Bars 🍰❤️
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-
inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs
and melted butter until combined, then press the mixture
evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the
crust.
3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and
sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a
time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas until
fully incorporated.
5. In a separate bowl, prepare the banana pudding mix
according to package instructions using the milk, then
gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
6. Pour the batter over the crust in the pan and smooth
the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set
and the center is slightly jiggly.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool to room
temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until
fully chilled.
8. Before serving, spread the whipped cream evenly over
the top and cut into bars.
