White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe 🍓
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a 9-inch
springform pan.
2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted
butter until combined, then press the mixture evenly into
the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese
and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix
in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract.
4. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50 minutes,
or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely, then
refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
