Cranberry Brie Crostini with Thyme

 



Ingredients:


Crostini:

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

(200 g)

2 tablespoons olive oil

(30 ml)


Topping:

4 oz brie cheese, sliced

(115 g)

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

(120 g)

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves


Directions:


Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C. Brush baguette slices

with olive oil and toast 6–8 minutes until golden.


Top each crostini with brie and cranberry sauce. Return

to oven 5–7 minutes until brie softens.


Sprinkle with thyme and serve warm.
