Ingredients:
1 cup of strong brewed matcha green tea, cooled
1 cup of mascarpone cheese
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 package of ladyfinger cookies
1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions:
1. Begin by whipping the heavy cream with sugar and
vanilla extract in a bowl until soft peaks begin to form.
2. In another bowl, make the mascarpone cheese
smooth, then gently incorporate it into the whipped
cream.
3. Take each ladyfinger cookie and dip it briefly into the
matcha tea, allowing it to absorb some liquid without
falling apart.
4. In a serving dish, create a layer with the soaked
ladyfingers, then add a layer of the mascarpone mixture,
followed by a layer of the sliced strawberries.
5. Continue layering until all ingredients are used,
ensuring the mascarpone mixture is on the top layer.
6. Lightly dust the top with cocoa powder.
7. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours
before you serve it.
