Ruby Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

 



Ingredients:  

Fresh strawberries  

Ruby chocolate (or white chocolate colored with red food

dye)  

Sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional)  


Instructions:  

1. Start by rinsing the strawberries thoroughly, then dry

them off completely.  

2. Melt the ruby chocolate in the microwave or a double

boiler until it's nice and smooth.  

3. Take each strawberry and dip it into the melted

chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.  

4. Let any extra chocolate drip off before placing the

strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment

paper.  

5. If you like, add sprinkles or chopped nuts on top before

the chocolate sets.  

6. Chill the dipped strawberries in the refrigerator until the

chocolate becomes firm.  

7. Once done, serve them up and enjoy!
