Raspberry Yuzu Tart

 


Ingredients:  

1 pre-made tart shell  

1 cup fresh raspberries  

1/2 cup yuzu juice  

1/2 cup sugar  

2 large eggs  

1 tablespoon cornstarch  

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted  

Powdered sugar for dusting  


Instructions:  

1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).  

2. In a mixing bowl, combine yuzu juice, sugar, eggs, and

cornstarch, and whisk until the mixture is smooth.  

3. Gradually add in the melted butter and blend well.  

4. Carefully pour this mixture into the tart shell.  

5. Evenly distribute the fresh raspberries on top of the

filling.  

6. Bake the tart in the oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, or

until the filling is firm.  

7. Allow the tart to cool before lightly dusting it with

powdered sugar before serving.
