Delectable Sweet Potato Cheesecake Pie 🥧

 



Ingredients:  

- 2 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes  

- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened  

- 1 cup granulated sugar  

- 3 large eggs  

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg  

- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)  

- 1/2 cup heavy cream  


Directions:  

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the pie

crust by placing it in a 9-inch pie dish.  

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese

and sugar together until smooth. Add the mashed sweet

potatoes, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg,

and mix until fully combined.  

3. Stir in the heavy cream until the batter is creamy and

well-blended.  

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading

it evenly.  

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until

the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean. Let

it cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours

before serving.

Tips:  

- For a spicier twist, add 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger
