Ingredients
Tomatoes 900 g
Green onions 1 bunch
Garlic 1 clove
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 pinch
Ground black pepper
Salt

First, wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Cut each tomato into 4 pieces, then cut each piece in half again. Place the chopped tomatoes in a colander. Place the colander over a saucepan. Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and let sit for 20 minutes.

Finely chop the onion. Mix the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar. Add the oregano. Place the chopped onion and garlic in a separate bowl and toss to combine. Add to the vinegar and oil, mixing thoroughly.

Pour the mixture over the tomatoes and mix thoroughly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
