Ingredients:
4 chicken breast cutlets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
For the Hot Honey Lime Feta Sauce:
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon chili flakes
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Season the chicken cutlets with salt, black pepper, garlic
powder, oregano, and paprika.
Set up a breading station with flour in one bowl, beaten
eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan
in a third.
Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the
breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the
chicken cutlets for 4–5 minutes per side until golden
brown and cooked through.
In a bowl, mix feta cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, chili
flakes, lime juice, and olive oil until smooth.
Serve crispy chicken cutlets drizzled with hot honey lime
feta sauce.
