Ingredients
4 eggs
1 pickled cucumber
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic
Dill
Parsley
Salt
Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Peel and seed the cucumber, and finely chop. Press the garlic.
Mix the egg yolks, cucumber, and garlic with some of the sour cream or mayonnaise, adding salt if needed. Stuff the egg whites with the mixture.
Place the deviled eggs on plates lined with herb sprigs, drizzle with the remaining mayonnaise or sour cream, and serve.
