Tuna Lettuce Rolls



Ingredients
Canned tuna 340 g
Mayonnaise 60 ml
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1/5 tsp
Celery (stalks) 2 pcs
Capers 1 tbsp
Green onions 2 pcs
Lettuce 8 leaves
Cherry tomatoes 100 g

Drain the tuna to remove excess oil. Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Prepare 8 lettuce leaves (optional: romaine): wash and pat dry with paper towels.

Chop the celery and thinly slice the green onions. Cut the tomatoes in half. Combine the tuna with the dressing and celery, capers, and green onions. Arrange the salad in lettuce leaves and top with tomatoes.
