Elegant Coffee Caramel Cheesecake Bars ☕
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8x8-inch
baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some
overhang for easy removal.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs
and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture
evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the
crust.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar
together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing
well after each addition.
4. Stir in the cooled coffee, vanilla extract, flour, and salt
until fully incorporated. Pour the mixture over the crust in
the pan.
5. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the
cheesecake mixture and use a knife to swirl it in for a
marbled effect.
6. Bake for 35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the
center is slightly jiggly. Let cool in the pan for 1 hour,
then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into
bars.

Tips:
- For a richer flavor, substitute half the coffee with
espresso or add chocolate chips to the batter for a
mocha twist.
- If you're avoiding gluten, use gluten-free graham
crackers and substitute the flour with a gluten-free
alternative.
- Serve these bars chilled with a dollop of whipped cream
and a sprinkle of sea salt for an extra elegant touch.
