No Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake Recipe 🍰

 



Ingredients:  

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs  

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted  

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened  

- 1 cup powdered sugar  

- 1 tsp vanilla extract  

- Zest of 2 oranges  

- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice  

- 1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin  

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream  

- Optional: Orange slices for garnish  


Directions:  

1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs

and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture

firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form

the crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing

the filling.  

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with

powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the

orange zest and orange juice, mixing until fully

incorporated.  

3. Prepare the orange gelatin according to package

instructions, then let it cool slightly. Gradually fold the

gelatin into the cream cheese mixture.  

4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff

peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the

cream cheese mixture.  

5. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the

top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Garnish with orange slices before serving.

Tips:  

- For a lighter version, substitute half the cream cheese

with Greek yogurt and use low-fat whipped cream.  

- Add a handful of crushed vanilla wafers to the crust for

extra crunch and flavor.  

- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of

orange zest for an enhanced presentation.
