Zana, the monkey woman
Zana was another feral woman, but her story is quite different from the others. When feral children are wild and behave like animals, they always have a human appearance, but Zana was less human. Discovered in the mid-eighteenth century in Georgia, Russia, Zana, as she was called, possessed many ape-like features: thick arms, legs, and fingers, and was covered in fur. Some believed she was a Neanderthal relative, a member of the Bigfoot species... or perhaps a hybrid of human and ape.
