Red Velvet Cheesecake

 



Ingredients:

200 g plain biscuits, crushed

100 g unsalted butter, melted

500 g cream cheese, softened

200 g caster sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp red food coloring

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tbsp plain flour

A pinch of salt


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 160°C / 320°F and line a springform

pan with baking paper.

2. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into

the base of the pan.

3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, cocoa, red

coloring, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix gently.

5. Stir in vinegar, flour, and salt until smooth.

6. Pour mixture onto the crust and bake for 60–70

minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.

7. Cool completely, then chill for at least 4 hours before

serving.
