Crispy Fried Chicken Burger

 



Ingredients:

4 chicken thigh fillets (skin on or off)

1 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Vegetable oil for frying

4 burger buns

Lettuce leaves

Tomato slices

Pickles

Mayonnaise


Instructions:


In a bowl, mix buttermilk with paprika, garlic powder,

onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and

marinate at least 30 minutes.


Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C / 350°F.


Dredge marinated chicken in flour until fully coated.


Fry chicken pieces 5–7 minutes each side until golden

and crispy and cooked through.


Drain on paper towels.


Toast buns lightly.


Assemble burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo,

and crispy chicken.
