Honey Lime Chicken & Avocado Rice Stack

 


Ingredients:


Chicken:

1 lb chicken breast, diced

(450 g)

2 tablespoons olive oil

(30 ml)

1/2 teaspoon salt

(3 g)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

(1 g)


Rice Base:

2 cups cooked rice

(360 g)

1 avocado, diced

(150 g)


Honey Lime Sauce:

2 tablespoons honey

(30 g)

2 tablespoons lime juice

(30 ml)

1 clove garlic, minced

Pinch of chili flakes (optional)


Optional Garnish:

Chopped cilantro

Lime wedges


Directions:


Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté in olive oil

until golden and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.


Mix honey, lime juice, garlic, and chili flakes for sauce.


Assemble stack: layer rice, avocado, and chicken. Drizzle

with honey-lime sauce and garnish.


Serve immediately while warm.
