Easy Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients:

1¾ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

¾ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 cup pumpkin purée

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.

2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda,

salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

3. In another bowl, mix sugars and oil until combined.

4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each.

5. Stir in pumpkin purée and vanilla until smooth.

6. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just

combined.

7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

8. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out

clean.

9. Let cool before slicing.

Cooking Time: 30–35 minutes

Total Time: 50 minutes

Servings: 8
