Bok Choy with Ginger Soy Sauce
Ingredients:
Bok Choy:
1 lb baby bok choy, halved
(450 g)
1 tablespoon olive or sesame oil
(15 ml)
2 cloves garlic, minced
(6 g)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
(10 g)
Ginger Soy Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
(30 ml)
1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
(15 ml / 12 g)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
(15 ml)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
(5 ml)
Optional Garnish:
Sesame seeds or sliced green onions
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté garlic and ginger for 30
seconds.
Add bok choy and cook 3–4 minutes until just tender.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil.
Toss to coat and remove from heat.
