Nutella Cream Filled Crepes Recipe 🍫

 



Ingredients:  

- 1 cup all-purpose flour  

- 2 large eggs  

- 1/2 cup milk  

- 1/4 cup water  

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted  

- A pinch of salt  

- 1 cup Nutella  

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped  


Directions:  

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk,

water, melted butter, and salt until the batter is smooth.

Let it rest for 10 minutes.  

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly

grease it with a little butter or oil.  

3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and tilt it

to spread the batter evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until

golden, then flip and cook the other side for another

minute.  

4. Repeat with the remaining batter to make all the

crepes.  

5. Once the crepes are cooked, spread a layer of Nutella

on each one and add a dollop of whipped cream. Fold or

roll the crepes before serving.

Tips:  

- For a fruity twist, add sliced bananas or strawberries to

the Nutella filling for extra flavor and texture.  

- Substitute Nutella with a homemade chocolate-hazelnut

spread if you prefer a lighter version.  

- Serve these crepes warm with a sprinkle of powdered

sugar or a drizzle of melted chocolate for an enhanced

presentation.
