Chicken Salad in Cones



Ingredients
1 chicken breast
Canned corn
Canned pineapple
3 tangerines
Waffle cone
Sesame seeds
Olive oil

For the dressing:
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cut the chicken breast into medium pieces and fry in olive oil with sesame seeds. Peel the tangerines and cut each wedge into halves. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Add the corn, mix everything together, and dress with the sauce. Divide the salad into cups and serve immediately.

Divide the salad into cups just before serving. It's best to serve it in portions so they don't sit on the table for too long, as the cups, as you can imagine, will start to get soggy (after about 30 minutes). If you cook the chicken breast in advance, the salad is ready in no time. This is especially convenient when unexpected guests arrive.
