Carrot Salad with Garlic and Cheese



Ingredients
2 carrots
50 g cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp yogurt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch salt

For serving:
Red currants
Parsley

Grate the carrots using a Korean grater. Add finely grated garlic and cheese to the carrots. Add salt and pepper. Dress the salad with yogurt and mayonnaise, stir, and add the berries. Serve chilled, garnished with a sprig of herbs.
