Oak Salad



Ingredients
2 potatoes
1/2 chicken breast
1 canned cucumber
1 can pickled mushrooms
1 egg
mayonnaise
dill

Boil the potatoes, cool, and grate. Boil the fillet and finely chop, then grate the cucumber. Finely chop the mushrooms. Boil the egg and grate. Finely chop the dill.

Lay the following in layers on a flat plate:

potatoes
mayonnaise
chicken fillet
mayonnaise
pickled cucumber
mayonnaise
mushrooms
mayonnaise
egg
potatoes
mayonnaise
dill

Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to soak. Then cool and serve.
