Ingredients
Funchoza 100 g
Shrimp 200 g
Chinese cabbage 160 g
Bell pepper 200 g
Garlic 10 g
For the dressing:
Garlic 1 clove
Soy sauce 7 tbsp
Lemon juice 7 tbsp
Honey 4 tbsp
Olive oil 4 tbsp

Cut the bell pepper and cabbage into thin strips.

Heat the olive oil with the pepper and garlic cloves in a frying pan.
Add the shrimp.

Fry briefly on both sides (1-2 minutes maximum).

Prepare the sauce. Crush the garlic and add soy sauce, olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
Soak the glass noodles in hot water for 5 minutes.
Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Drain. Chop coarsely.
Mix the noodles with the vegetables and shrimp. Season with the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
