Ingredients
100 g Napa cabbage
200 g Tomato
300 g Canned corn
300 g Red beans in their own juice
2 cloves garlic
50 g ketchup
50 g mayonnaise
Thinly slice the Napa cabbage. Dice the tomatoes. Add the beans and corn, draining the juices first. Add finely chopped garlic, ketchup, and mayonnaise (preferably homemade). Season with salt to taste. Mix well and serve.
