Ingredients
Chicken (fillet) 300 g
Canned pineapple 1 can
Cheese 100 g
Marinated mushrooms 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Mayonnaise
Pomegranate 1 pc
Grapes 150 g
Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry in a pan until fully cooked. Cut the pineapple into pieces the size of the chicken pieces. Finely chop the mushrooms and onion and fry. Mix everything with mayonnaise and arrange in a watermelon wedge shape. Garnish with pomegranate and grape halves.
