Ingredients
Chicken (fillet) 400 g
Grapefruit 1
Canned corn 170 g
Radamer cheese 150 g
Red bell pepper 1
Mayonnaise
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water and shred by hand into small pieces. Peel the grapefruit, removing the membranes that impart bitterness, and also break into small pieces. Dice the pepper.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add the corn and dress with mayonnaise. Gently mix before serving. You can substitute orange or pineapple for a sweeter salad.
