Ingredients
300 g fish fillet
200 g crab sticks
5 eggs
2/3 cup rice
200 g canned corn
salt
mayonnaise
For garnish:
4 crab sticks
Tomato
Cucumber
Dill
Boil the fish fillet and eggs. Dice the fillet, crab sticks, and eggs. Mix all the salad ingredients, season with salt, and mayonnaise. Arrange on a platter to form a fish.
For the "scales," cut the crab sticks into slices; for the "fins" and "tail," cut them into strips. Cut the mouth out of a tomato and the eye out of a cucumber. Make the seaweed out of dill or seaweed.
