🛒 Ingredients
🍝 300 g fettuccine pasta
🍗 2 chicken breasts, sliced
🥦 2 cups broccoli florets
🧄 3 garlic cloves, minced
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🥛 200 ml heavy cream
🧀 ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🌿 1 tbsp chopped parsley
🧂 Salt & black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions
Cook pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water according to
package instructions (8–10 minutes). Add broccoli during
the last 2–3 minutes. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta
water.
Cook chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook 5–6
minutes until golden and fully cooked (internal
temperature 75°C / 165°F). Set aside.
Prepare Alfredo sauce: In the same pan melt butter and
sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add cream and simmer 3–4
minutes.
Add cheese: Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until the
sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
Combine: Toss pasta and broccoli with the sauce. Add
chicken slices and a splash of pasta water if needed to
loosen the sauce.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
