Shamrock Shake Pie

 


🍲Ingredients:

⇒ 24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

⇒ 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

⇒ 8 oz cream cheese, softened

⇒ ½ cup granulated sugar

⇒ 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

⇒ 4–5 drops green food coloring

⇒ 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream

⇒ ½ cup powdered sugar

⇒ Whipped cream (for garnish)

⇒ Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips

⇒ Maraschino cherries (optional)

📝Directions:

Crust: In a medium bowl, mix crushed cookies and

melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.

Mint Base: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese

and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in the

peppermint extract and green food coloring until evenly

tinted.

Whip: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and

powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Fold: Gently fold the whipped cream into the mint cream

cheese mixture until light, fluffy, and well combined.

Set: Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth

the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Finish: Before serving, garnish with swirls of whipped

cream, chocolate shavings, and a cherry on top.
