Shrimp Salad with Cheese Omelet


Ingredients
200 g shrimp
150 g iceberg lettuce
1 bunch green onions
9 radishes

For the omelet:
2 eggs
3 tbsp cheese
1 tbsp cream
1 tbsp flour
15 g butter

For the dressing:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Boil the shrimp for 1 minute in boiling water, rinse with cold water, and drain in a sieve. Tear the lettuce leaves by hand. Chop the radishes and green onions. Place all ingredients in a salad bowl. Prepare the omelet. Mix all ingredients and fry the omelet in butter on both sides. Cool and cut into small cubes or strips. Add to the salad.

Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, add to the salad, and toss.
