🛒 Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced
1 cup onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups potato fries
👩🍳 Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high
heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook until lightly browned.
Stir in onions, bell peppers, and garlic and sauté for
about 4–5 minutes.
Add soy sauce and chili sauce and cook until everything
is coated and flavorful.
