Ingredients
Spinach 200 g
Strawberries 250 g
Walnuts 1/2
Balsamic vinegar 2.5 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper 1/8 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Bake the nuts in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 5-8 minutes, then let cool. Slowly pour olive oil into the vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar mixture in a thin stream, whisking constantly.
Cut the strawberries into large slices (halves or quarters) and mix with fresh spinach leaves. Add the toasted nuts and vinegar-oil mixture and mix thoroughly, being careful not to crush the strawberries.
Raspberries can be added to this salad instead of strawberries; it will also be original and delicious.
