Tuna in Tomato Salad

Ingredients

Canned tuna 1/2 can

Cucumber 1 egg

Quail eggs 2

Cheese 40 g

Onion 1

Tomato 2

Mayonnaise 2



First, marinate the onion. To do this, dilute the vinegar 50/50 with boiling water and add the finely chopped onion.



Next, grate the cheese on a coarse grater and finely chop the egg and cucumber.



Take 2 ripe tomatoes and carefully cut off the tops. Remove the internal membranes and seeds. We won't use the seeds, as they contain a lot of liquid. Carefully chop the membranes and add them to the tuna. Then add the squeezed marinated onion.

 Mix the resulting salad thoroughly, add mayonnaise, salt to taste, and stuff the tomatoes.

Decorate the tomatoes to taste and serve.
