If you're using regular onions instead of salad onions, it's a good idea to scald them with boiling water first to make them less pungent. You can substitute the mayonnaise with sour cream mixed with lemon juice and salt.
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water for 20 minutes from the moment it boils. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes from the moment it boils. Cool in cold water. Cut the ham into small cubes.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings, then cut the half rings in half. Cut the chicken fillet into small strips. Cut the eggs into small pieces lengthwise. Place the ham, chicken fillet, honey mushrooms, eggs, and onion in a salad bowl.
Season with pepper and mayonnaise to taste, and stir. Add a little salt if needed. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Mound the lettuce on top and garnish with tomato slices.
