Ingredients
Squid 1000 g
Eggs 3
Onions 1
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Canned corn 4 tbsp
Greens
Boil the squid for 2 minutes in boiling water. Rinse under cold water, peeling and gutting. This will remove the skin thoroughly. Then cut the squid into strips.
Hard-boil the eggs, chop coarsely, or pass through an egg chopper. Thinly slice the onion and blanch it in boiling water. Mix the squid, eggs, and onion. Add the corn and greens to taste, season with mayonnaise, and serve immediately.
