Ingredients
Chicken (fillet) 400 g
Tomato 1
Avocado 1
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Lettuce 1
Radish 3
Fat-free yogurt 3 tbsp
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Cut the tomato into 8-12 wedges. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel. Slice the flesh and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Cut the radish into thin strips. Tear the salad into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl, dress with yogurt or 10% sour cream, and serve.
