Crispy Salad



Ingredients
200g loaf
250g chicken fillet
150g cheese
300g cucumber
150g onion
1 bunch lettuce
4 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp 6% vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Boil the loaf until tender (about 20 minutes after boiling). Cool. Separate the loaf into strips. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Cut the cucumbers into strips. Cut the onion into half rings. If using hot onions, pour boiling water over them, let them sit for 10 minutes, then drain the water and rinse the onions in cold water. Finely grate the cheese.

 Make the dressing. Mix the vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic. Tear the lettuce by hand. Add the cucumbers, onion, fillet, cheese, dressing, and croutons.

We recommend adding the croutons just before serving to keep them crispy.
