Egg-in-a-Chicken Balls

Ingredients
Eggs 8
Chicken 350 g
Onion 1/2
Coriander
Cheese 1 cup
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Ground red pepper 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Spices 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Flour 4 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Water
Vegetable oil

Grind the raw chicken and onion into mince and mix with grated cheese, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings, and 2 tablespoons of flour.

Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons of flour and dilute with a little water.
Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture on a piece of cling film, press it with your fingers, and flatten it. Dust the hard-boiled egg with flour and place it in the very center of the chicken mixture. Wrap the egg completely in flour, bringing the edges of the film together.

Remove the film and roll the coated egg in the flour mixture (flour and water), then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat this process with the remaining eggs.

Fry one egg at a time in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.

Dab the cooked egg with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut the egg into quarters, sprinkle with salt and chili pepper, and serve with ketchup or tomato paste.

Enjoy!
