Caddy

The Caddy, a mysterious creature from the Cadoro Waters in British Columbia, has fascinated researchers and cryptozoology enthusiasts for years. Reaching 10 to 20 meters in length, it is characterized by a large head, slender neck, and serpentine body. Unlike other legendary creatures, such as Nessie, accounts of Caddy encounters are numerous and detailed. In 1995, scientists described this unknown species, naming it Cadbosaurus willsi, based on alleged remains.

This creature, nicknamed "Caddy" after Cadoro Bay (British Columbia), is 10 to 20 meters long, with a large, horse-like head, a slender neck, and a very long, serpentine body. Unlike sightings of, for example, Nessie, reports of encounters with Caddy (there are slightly fewer than 100 of them) are precise and reliable. In 1995, Dr. Ed Bousfield, a biologist at the British Columbia Museum of Natural History, and oceanographer Paul Le Blond published a description of the famous "Caddy" in the journal Amphipacifica and named this still-unidentified species Cadbosaurus willsi. The description was based on the alleged remains of a juvenile "Caddy." A year earlier, a photograph of another individual was taken off the coast of British Columbia. According to eyewitnesses, the "Caddy" curves vertically as it swims, with its arched limbs emerging above the surface one after another. Witnesses maintain that these are certainly not permanent humps or a crest like those of other aquatic monsters.
