Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry it, and slice it thinly. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, rinse again, dry it, and dice it. In a salad bowl, combine the chicken breast, squid fillet, tomatoes, bell pepper, apple cubes, and Chinese cabbage. Season with salt, add sour cream, and mix well.
