Ingredients
1 bunch spinach
8 slices bacon
115 g feta cheese
2 avocados
For the dressing:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp brown sugar
Mix the dressing ingredients (press the garlic). Refrigerate until ready to use.
Place the spinach, bacon (can be fried if desired), and feta in a salad bowl. Slice the avocado and toss with the salad. Dress with the dressing just before serving.
